Our North Seminar was a roaring success - over 50 people attended to hear Proludic, Greater Sport Manchester and Steve Backley talk about the benefits of Social Fitness and the brand new way to encourage this in your community...with a Proludic Sports Legacy Zone!

Manchester seminar for Sports Legacy Zone with Steve Backley

It was a very uplifting day, with lot's of ideas and positivity - Yvonne Harrison from Greater Sport Manchester gave an informative and empowering talk on how to bring communities together through sport and fitness, while Olympian Steve Backley talked of his achievements in an inspiring overview of his Olympic career.

We even had a bit of audience participation with some javelin throwing and the famous Proludic Plank Challenge - the current record was broken by Laura Gibson from Activity Sheffield with over 6 minutes!
