Memo from the Proludic Chairman on 3 November 2020

For several weeks now we have been witnessing an evolution in the health crisis. In Europe, this acceleration in the Covid-19 epidemic has prompted various governments to implement new measures.

Since last spring, Proludic has implemented strict health protocols to guarantee the health and safety of its employees and clients. All the Proludic teams have incorporated these measures into their daily lives and have enabled the implementation of improvements to optimise the efficiency of these measures.

In recent months, Proludic’s organisation has been adapted accordingly. The entire Proludic staff are continuing to work, either through teleworking or physically on-site, where possible. We therefore guarantee that our clients can count on the usual quality service for which we are recognized. Currently, our company is operating at 100% of its capacity right across our various business activities, ranging from design to production, marketing, installation and maintenance.

All the Proludic teams therefore remain available and at your disposal.

On behalf of the entire Proludic company, we would like to thank you in advance for your continued loyalty and support.

Memo from the Proludic Chairman on 8 April 2020

I am pleased to announce the gradual resumption of our production and service activities as of mid-April.
This recovery is made possible thanks to the mobilization and involvement of our executives and employees, whom I thank on behalf of all of you.

Their group work has made it possible for us to establish a progressive recovery plan that ensures the safety of our employees in a context where lockdown remains a priority.
I have personally validated this recovery plan, while ensuring that our staff representatives and our employees approve it also.

This recovery plan provides for sanitary and safety measures that each voluntary member of staff concerned undertakes to observe carefully.

The whole plan will be tested in the coming days and adjusted if necessary.
This plan is available for consultation on our website.

Our teleworkers will continue working from home until further notice and, of course, remain available to answer your requests.
We are sure that this gradual recovery plan combined with teleworking will allow us to resume our activities in complete transparency, serenity and efficiency.

I would like to thank our clients in advance for their indulgence in understanding that this recovery plan is progressive, that the safety of our employees is at the centre of this system and that it will not allow us to ensure, in the immediate future, our 100% efficiency.

Progressive recovery plan

Your trust will carry us through this situation.
Take care and kind regards

General Management Memo – 23 March 2020

Further to the various announcements made by the French Government regarding the restrictions enforced to try to contain the spread of the Covid-19 Virus, we feel that it is important to provide you with the following information.

We have taken exceptional precautionary measures, both preventive and organisational, in order to ensure the safety of our staff, and to enable us to partially continue our business activities.

Proludic’s production site is, however, closed until further notice, depending on how the health situation evolves.

A new organisation, based on the deployment of teleworking has been set up to ensure a minimum level of service in the Sales, After-sales and Logistics departments.
