Bourdillon Field Play Area – Project Management Excellence Video

The £200,000 redevelopment of Bourdillon Field play area transformed community aspirations into an inclusive space for over 170 users. Delivered in eight weeks in August 2025, the project installed 18 play features, varied landscaping, safety surfacing and secure fencing. Careful pre-start planning, weekly progress meetings and trusted contractors ensured quality and programme control. A 100-metre temporary trackway and detailed traffic management protected the active playing field, nearby school and public footpath, demonstrating effective communication, logistics and collaborative project delivery success.
