Represented in over 55 countries, across 4 continents with our UK headquarters based in Bunny, Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join Proludic’s highly successful & creative Bid team.

The ideal candidate will have a history of producing first-class tender submissions, works well independently & as a part of a team, working to deadlines with a can-do attitude.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To produce exciting, creative and visual documents to help the company obtain success in its submission of PQQ’s, tenders and quotations.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments to create outstanding bids.
  • Coordinate and manage complete tender process to final submission.
  • Access portal notifications/written notifications and distribute to project teams.
  • Read and dissect all PQQs & tenders entering, ensuring the relevant information is uploaded onto portals.
  • Allocate questions to appropriate members of staff with the right level of expertise to respond to the questions.
  • Break down all questions into the skeleton format to assist staff in writing relevant responses.
  • Ensure all responses are returned on time.
  • Ensure proposals, supporting materials and client-facing documents are reviewed for accuracy and are in line with Company guidelines.
  • Collate Company collateral for submission to maintain Company accreditations.
  • Update and maintain tender information library.
  • Obtain and collate post-tender feedback and prepare for analysis.
  • Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined above, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position as required by the business.

Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Part-time hours may be considered, minimum 30 hours.
