A new farm-themed toddler play area has been created for Winchcombe Town Council, giving younger children a dedicated space to play, learn and socialise.
Designed and delivered by Proludic, the project provides a complete turn-key solution, from concept design and manufacture through to installation. The brief focused on supporting physical, cognitive and social development while creating an inclusive environment for children aged from six months to five years.
At the centre of the scheme is Proludic’s award-winning Baby Diabolo multiplay unit, offering accessible climbing, sliding and sensory activities. A farmhouse playhouse, tractor, three-seat pig springer and horse springer extend the farmyard theme and encourage imaginative roleplay, balance and cooperative play.
Bespoke Grafic Games panels provide further opportunities for communication, creativity and shared discovery. Ground-level activities, inclusive seating and varied play intensities help children of different abilities participate safely and meaningfully.
The completed area features 11 play items, accommodates up to 24 users and delivers more than 40 play values. The result is a welcoming environment that supports early development and gives families a dedicated place to enjoy playtime together.
With its strong rural theme and focus on early years development, this concept is perfect for farm parks seeking to enhance the family visitor experience.
