Through this French government backed partnership, Proludic integrates these remote workers with disabilities into its manufacturing process, giving them assembly work to develop skills and gain meaningful employment via ESAT’s network of workshops.
Proludic has made it easier for customers to identify this initiative: whenever a product features the partnership icon in brochures or online, it signifies that components of that product were assembled by ESAT workers.
Expanding the Partnership Beyond 2025
Looking ahead, Proludic plans to expand the scope of work done by ESAT beyond 2025. By increasing the volume of assembly tasks delegated to ESAT’s dedicated workshops, Proludic is reinforcing its commitment to both social responsibility and just-in-time manufacturing efficiency.
Currently, ESAT workers play a crucial role in assembling key components of Proludic’s product range, including the spring mechanisms used in the popular Springers and the assembly of educational and sensory panels. To ensure precision and quality, Proludic provides ongoing training, technical drawings, and supports the ESAT team with regular visits by company representatives.

This collaboration is not only beneficial for Proludic but also for the ESAT workers who gain valuable work experience and a sense of purpose. Since 2023, Proludic has worked closely with ESAT, where these disabled contractors feel empowered to learn and develop new skills.
