The social dimension of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) highlights the importance for companies to contribute to collective well-being and to act positively within society.
At Proludic, this approach takes shape, among other things, through the mobilisation of employees who invest their time and energy in meaningful solidarity initiatives.

In recent years, Proludic employees have demonstrated that solidarity is fully part of our corporate culture. United around a major humanitarian cause — supporting La Chaîne de l’Espoir, which works in particular to save the lives of children suffering from severe heart malformations around the world — they have chosen to transform their energy, their efforts and their sporting challenges into a true momentum of hope.

Sporting challenges to make hearts beat

Whether running, walking, paddling, pulling, aiming or cycling, Proludic teams have multiplied sporting challenges over the past months, all driven by the same motivation: turning every kilometre covered or every sporting participation into concrete support, materialised through “sun points”.

Here are some examples of sporting challenges carried out over the past months:

• Paris Half Marathon (March 8, 2026): a collective achievement
Several employees took part in the Paris Half Marathon. Beyond individual performance, it was above all a collective spirit that expressed itself on the streets of Paris.

• Tours 10 km and 20 km races (September 28, 2025): positive energy for a great cause
Runners participating in the 10 km and 20 km races in Tours helped strengthen the solidarity initiative. A local race that further united our teams while raising awareness among a wide audience.

• Solidarity walks (November 2025): small steps, big impact
Because not everyone identifies with a timed race, the month of November was dedicated to solidarity walking, whether individually or collectively, on paths across France and abroad, during lunch breaks or at weekends.
These accessible moments for everyone encouraged exchanges, team spirit… and commitment.

• Cycling challenges (May by Bike, Loire à Vélo): shared effort
Many employees chose cycling to express their solidarity. Choosing the bike instead of the car to commute to work, covering as many kilometres as possible during weekends, cycling with colleagues along the Loire River… every pedal stroke strengthened the collective momentum.

• Table tennis tournament (June 2025): solidarity and team spirit
Organised within the company, the table tennis tournament brought together experienced players as well as beginners who came to participate “for fun and for a good cause”.

Beyond the friendly competition, the tournament enabled the mobilisation of employees who do not necessarily take part in longer or more intense sporting activities. It also strengthened cohesion between departments and combined the pleasure of playing with a concrete solidarity action.

A commitment that goes far beyond sport

Beyond sporting performance, these actions illustrate the values of mutual support, solidarity and openness that drive our company.

Each registration, each step, each pedal stroke contributes to supporting the NGO’s operations: financing medical care for children in their country of origin or in France, and supporting the work of medical teams. A valuable contribution that helps save lives.

In 2024 and 2025, 70,000 “sun points” were collected, making it possible to save seven children each year.

Driven by the motivation and enthusiasm of the participants, Proludic will continue and expand these initiatives in the coming months. New sporting challenges will emerge, always with the same ambition: combining well-being, team cohesion and solidarity.
