An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join Proludic’s highly successful Marketing & Business Development Team.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will help increase awareness of our brand and generate interest among both new and existing customers by creating and distributing impactful digital content across key platforms, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional play and sports area solutions to communities, Local Authorities, developers and destination facilities. You will join a dedicated team in delivering high-quality digital material aligned with our UK marketing plan.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Campaign Support
- Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media channels to promote our projects, products and brand values.
- Produce high-quality written, video, and photographic material for use across marketing campaigns, case studies, presentations and PR activities.
- Write and proofread compelling copy for use on the website, email campaigns, social media and relevant third-party platforms.
- Assist in delivering targeted marketing campaigns that support both national strategies and regional sales objectives.
Events & Outreach
- Support the planning and the delivery of marketing events, including trade exhibitions, customer site openings and press opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional event execution.
Market Research & Data Management
- Source and manage relevant prospect and customer data in line with campaign goals and the wider Marketing Strategy.
- Help identify new audience segments or market opportunities through research and collaboration with the Sales team.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues to share content, resources and best practices across the global Proludic network.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external suppliers, agencies and media contacts to support the delivery of marketing activities.
Team Support & Communication
- Provide occasional support to incoming enquiries via phone and Live Chat, ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience.
- Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative tasks and contribute proactively to team planning sessions.
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) proficiency
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Familiarity with Pardot or equivalent email marketing tools
- CIM Level 4 (or higher) or equivalent marketing qualification
Extra hours may occasionally be required to support events and outreach activities.

Based at our Head Quarters in Bunny
Full Time Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
