The Enchanted Bourdillon Field Play Area Opens in Goring-on-Thames

A new inclusive playground has opened at Bourdillon Field in Goring-on-Thames, designed by Proludic with the parish council. Built for children aged 2–12, it was inspired by a 2019 review highlighting the need for more accessible play facilities. The space features a custom boat-themed unit, inclusive slides, swings, seesaws, wheelchair-accessible roundabouts, sensory areas, a resin-bound sensory trail, and communication boards. With input from local children and the wider community, the park creates a vibrant, imaginative, and accessible space where kids of all abilities can play and connect.
