The ACTI’Ninja Trails are Ninja-inspired obstacle trails and sports trails designed to encourage people to take up physical activity.
Ninja sports trails consist of a range of modular structures for users to traverse in sequence. Kids can use this to test their balance, endurance and flexibility. Each person progresses at their own pace, trying to beat their own sports targets and record recorded by the inbuilt stopwatch mechanism on the trail.
An information panel on each module explains the exercises, with pictograms and a QR code which directs users to further possibilities and uses.
The fun ACTI’Ninja trails are also a place for community and social fitness. Playgrounds come alive with challenges between friends: relay races, time-trials, or doing exercises in a random or backwards order. These friendly competitions make use of the modularity of the varied range of components to encourage collaboration and fun.
