The ACTI’FUN sports app provides a wide range of exercise guides for various levels of expertise, physical condition, and motivation. Therefore, anyone can create a personalised training programme combining different modular exercises when using our ACTI’FUN gym equipment or any other outdoor exercise apparatus.
Proludic has designed each item of ACTI’FUN equipment to offer a variety of exercises and offers the opportunity for progressive improvement in performing each activity. Users can find details of the various actions by scanning a QR code available for each item. This allows for accessible outdoor functional training with a focus on safety and independence in exercise.
